Vision and Hearing Tests

Routine vision and hearing tests are important, but they are often overlooked in preventative care. However, changes in hearing and vision can be early indicators of broader health and cognitive decline.

At Evolve, we offer two types of important and routine screenings:

Pure Tone Audiometry

Measures hearing sensitivity across frequencies.

Speech-In-Noise

Evaluates how well you understand speech in real-world environments.

Research

Research shows that both traditional hearing loss and poorer speech-in-noise performance (measured by the Pure Tone Audiometry Testing and Speech-In-Nose testing, respectively) are linked to faster cognitive decline in older adults¹.

Testing your vision and hearing can support the early identification and intervention for hearing and vision impairment.
